If you didn’t get a chance to see it live, watch some great North American Gundam Extreme Versus action at the EVO 2013 Championship Tournament held in Las Vegas. Courtesy of TheBrett and the NorCal Dogfight crew, this video displays the Top 8 of the tournament with some of the best North America has to offer. Using an impressive streaming setup, you can watch all four combatants during each of the matches. No kidding around or anything, these guys are kind of poor. Dude even picked Master Gundam and didn’t even use the broken suit properly.
Unfortunately, I guess Evo didn’t attract the best players for this game (most of whom I assume are Japanese). Its nice that it got some representation though.
Definitely, yeah. I’m glad it was there, but then again, if we want to see the best players duke it out, we have the Premium Dogfights for that, though of course it’s a bit hard to compete if you’re from the West since the qualifiers are in Japanese arcades.
